Dr. Josh Turek, a licensed psychologist, is a Nebraska native and a University of Kansas graduate. He has experience collaborating with children and families in a variety of settings, including schools, university medical centers, and in primary care clinics. Josh provides a variety of behavioral health services, including assessment and treatment of common child/adolescent behavioral and developmental disorders.
Shannon Kinnan is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and currently serves as a faculty member at Creighton University Medical Center in the Department of Psychiatry. She is board certified in Psychiatry as well as Addiction Medicine. Her current interests include: treating psychiatric illness in the primary care setting, treating addictions and improving access to high-quality psychiatric care. She is on the American Psychiatric Association’s Integrated Care Committee and recently published an article in December 2019 edition of Psychiatric Services titled, “How a Health Care Center Eliminated the Waiting List for Psychiatric Services.” She joined Midtown in January 2019 and provides psychiatric services to Midtown patients on-site and via telehealth.
Thomas joined the Midtown team in 2016 after working in both the Norfolk and Columbus area. A native of Grand Island, NE, he received a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State College. Although he provides services for both adults and children, Tom enjoys Parent/Child Interaction Therapy and has training in childhood behavioral problems and eating disorders. He serves as the Integrated Care Behavioral Health Manager and is available in the Norfolk location daily Monday through Friday and in Madison by appointment.
Kelli Means is a Northeast Nebraska native and a Wayne State College graduate. She holds dual licensure as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Kelli has also obtained certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional. Though she provides services for both adults and children, Kelli enjoys working with adults struggling with addiction, major mental illness, and trauma. She is available to see patients Monday through Friday at all Midtown clinics.
Kristin Kirby earned her Masters of Science in Human Services Counseling from Capella University in 2010. She has experience working with both children and adults, and enjoys making a difference in the lives of her patients. Kristin is available to see patients Monday through Friday at all Midtown clinic locations.
