Dr. Vuchetich joined the Midtown team in June of 2015. She is board-certified pediatrician who joined us after practicing for 11 years at Children’s Hospital Urgent Care Center in Omaha. Her special area of interest is preventative care for children and adolescents. Dr. Vuchetich currently provides care in the Norfolk clinic Monday through Thursday.
Dr. Wallick joined Midtown in 2021. She is a South Dakota native, receiving her undergraduate degree at South Dakota State and medical degree at the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Clarkson Family Medicine in Omaha. She sees patients of all ages with particular interests in chronic disease management, preventative medicine, psychiatric care, and women’s health. She also provides Medical Assistive Treatment services.
Kelsey is a board-certified physician assistant. She is a Nebraska native and graduate of Des Moines University. Her area of interests include preventative medicine, diabetes management, and psychiatric care. Kelsey enjoys working with all ages from birth to elderly and also provides Medical Assisted Treatment services.
Kassidy joined Midtown Health Center in 2017. Kassidy completed the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing. She provides a wide range of women’s health care including annual examinations, OB care, and reproductive health as well as family care. She is also available for testing/treatment of both males and females for sexually transmitted infections.
Jennifer Staman is a Family Nurse Practitioner in Midtown’s pediatric department. She has a Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Nebraska college of Nursing and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Clarkson College. Jenny has 10 years of nursing experience, with four years of experience in the Women’s and Children Department at Faith Regional Health Services. Jenny is originally from Butte, Nebraska, is a mother of four, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
Brione is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who recently joined Midtown Health Center. She is a Nebraska native who received her Bachelor’s of Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees through the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She has over 10 years of nursing experience in acute and long-term care settings. She sees patients of all ages for preventative care and treatment of acute and chronic illness. Brione is passionate about connecting with her patients to ensure a positive clinical experience and better health outcomes. She provides care at the Norfolk and Xpress clinics. She is currently accepting new patients.
Cailey is a Family Nurse Practitioner from Columbus, Ne. She obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from UNMC College of Nursing and worked as a nurse for five years in an ICU before joining Midtown. She pursued becoming a Family NP after taking care of patients in the ICU with complications from their chronic conditions to hopefully help patients prevent the need to be hospitalized.
Jennifer Weinandt is a Northeast Nebraska native, she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Mount Marty College in Yankton, SD, and her Master of Science Degree in Nursing and Certification of Midwifery from the University of Cincinnati. Jen provides her midwife services at Midtown on Tuesday mornings, more information can be found out about her through our partnership with Midwest Health Partners.
Alyssa is a Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, she attended UNMC for her Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree. She can see patients at Midtown on Tuesdays for diabetes management, when not at Midtown she works at UNMC College of Nursing in Norfolk as a Clinical Assistant Professor.
Dr. David Seger is a native of O’Neill, NE and a University of Nebraska Medical Center- College of Dentistry graduate. Dr. Seger joined the Midtown Dental team in 2016 and serves as Midtown’s Chief Dental Officer. He enjoys treating patients of all ages and is available for appointments in the dental clinic Tuesdays through Fridays from 7:00am-6:00pm.
Michelle Schramm joined the Midtown team as a dental hygienist in 2015. She is a native of Plainview, NE and a graduate of the University of South Dakota. Although she provides a full scope of services, treatment and maintenance, periodontal disease is of special interest to her. She spends her Tuesdays treating patients off site at both the Norfolk Regional Center and Norfolk Veterans Home but is available for appointment at the Norfolk clinic Wednesdays through Fridays.
Shelley Borchers is originally from Valentine, NE. She earned her bachelors in dental hygrine from UNMC in 2003. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and focusing on disease prevention. Shelley spends most of her time as the dental clinic manager but provides dental care to Midtown patients Wednesday mornings.
Dr. Josh Turek, a licensed psychologist, is a Nebraska native and a University of Kansas graduate. He has experience collaborating with children and families in a variety of settings, including schools, university medical centers, and in primary care clinics. Josh provides a variety of behavioral health services, including assessment and treatment of common child/adolescent behavioral and developmental disorders.
Kristen, a native of Nebraska, earned her Masters of Addiction Studies from the University of South Dakota in 2012 and her Masters of Social Work through Walden University in 2018. She has experience with addiction and mental health treatment in a variety of settings, from residential to outpatient clinics. She provides a variety of behavioral health services for adults and children including Initial Diagnostic Interviews, Individual Therapy, Substance Use Evaluations and Addiction Disorder Treatment. She is available to see patients Monday through Friday at all Midtown clinic locations and via telehealth.
Jessica was born and raised in the Norfolk Area. She earned Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State College in 2018. She has experience with addiction and mental health treatment in a variety of settings, from residential to outpatient clinics. She focuses on growth and change and enjoys seeing her patients progress in their mental health or addiction recovery. She provides a variety of behavioral health services for adults and children including Initial Diagnostic Interviews, Individual Therapy for mental health and addiction, and Substance Use Evaluations.
Devin was born and raised in Pierce, NE, he graduated from Northeast Community College as an RN. He then pursued a Masters of Science, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Mount Marty University in Yankton, SD. He became a psychiatric nurse practitioner because he wanted to help patients and their families by providing support and care they need to overcome mental health challenges.
