We bring dental services directly to schools and places of business. Help make dental care more convenient by bringing Mobi to your location!
Our Mobile Dental Unit is basically a dentist office on wheels. It’s surprisingly spacious, plus it looks and feels just like a typical dentist office would.
MOBI, as we like to call it, travels to you! We work with schools, nursing homes, senior citizens, etc. to help bring access to great, affordable dental care. Our Mobile Dental Unit can set up in your parking lot and start seeing patients right away!

Sliding Fee Discount
Discounts are offered based on family size and annual income. Please complete the following information to determine if you or members of your family are eligible for a discount.
This discount will apply to services received at Midtown except for those elective procedures and treatment-related supplies/equipment and those services or equipment that are purchased from the outside, including laboratory testing.
Meet our Dental Providers
HANNAH ROSENTRATER
DDS
Dr. Rosentrater, originally from western Nebraska, earned her undergraduate degree from Wayne State College and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University. After falling in love with NE Nebraska she moved back in 2024 and provides comprehensive dental care at the Norfolk Clinic and on Midtown’s Mobile Dental Unit.
LYDIA STIGSELL
DDS
Dr. Stigsell, originally from O’Neill, Nebraska, earned her undergraduate degree from Chadron State College and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. She joined Midtown in 2025 and provides dental care for patients of all ages at the Norfolk Clinic.
Midtown Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
