Experience a Higher Quality of Care

Being able to understand the care provider in one’s native language leads to better patient outcomes and healthier lifestyles. With the help of our on-site interpreters, Midtown Health Center is able to provide better care to patients in the language they are most comfortable in. We have Spanish interpreters at each location.
Languages we don’t have interpreters on staff for, are available through telephone services.

Midtown Health Center is happy to provide transportation services within 40 miles of Norfolk. If you or someone you know needs a ride to their appointment, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Call 402-371-8000, 24 hours prior to your scheduled
medical/dental appointment to make a reservation.
For example, the rider has an appointment on Wednesday at 1:30 so the rider would call before 1:30 on Tuesday to reserve a ride. Calls to schedule a ride for a Monday appointment will need to be received before end of day on the previous Thursday.
