This program is supported by the Health Resources and Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award totaling $2,067,208. Additional federal funding for 2023-2024 brings the total to an estimated $2,389,212 with 75 percent financed with non-governmental sources. The contents are those of this brochure are those of Midtown Health Center and do not necessarily represent the official view of, nor an endorsement, by HRSA, HHS, the U.S. Government, or other funding agencies. Midtown also receives grant funding from: Madison County, Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Norfolk Area United Way, Women’s Fund of Omaha.
